Loans selected by the fund are all underwritten by LJL Funding, using our extensive underwriting experience and specific guidelines.
Day to day operations of the fund, including raising funds, oversight of the loan selection process, as well as investor relations, are managed LJL Funding, LLC.

FUND SUMMARY

The LJL Secured High Yield Income Fund invests in single family residential mortgages, primarily in California, at a loan-to-value not exceeding 55%, based on the value of the security property calculated using the lower of an appraisal by a independent certified appraiser, a broker priced opinion (BPO) for a 30 day sale value or a value determined by our in-house Chief Credit Officer.
