Investor Relations Associate - Private Equity
- Access to, or the ability to gather, investor leads
- Experience with trust deed investing and/or private equity raising
- Familiarity with the subprime/hard money lending arena
- Demonstrated success in a field sales and/or fundraising environment
- Excellent presentation and communications skills
- Ability to excel in a fast paced environment
- Strong character with commitment to honesty and integrity
- Mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite of services and the ability to
quickly adapt to additional software programs
Account Executive - Wholesale Lending - Hard Money
The desired candidate should have the following qualifications:
- Well-versed in the subprime/hard money lending arena with an established broker base
- Demonstrated success in a field sales environment (minimum 5 years) or similar role
- Firm understanding of sales development and execution
- Demonstrated organization and be self-disciplined
- Demonstrate excellent presentation skills
- Ability to excel in a fast paced environment
- Strong dedication to customer service
- Familiarization with the Microsoft Suite of services
