LJL Funding provides equity-based lending for properties and/or borrowers that do not meet traditional subprime underwriting guidelines. Who We Are

Traditional private money wholesale lenders are smaller firms with a smaller, limited amount of financing.  They don't publish their underwriting guidelines because their guidelines change on a daily basis -- based on the whims of upper management, or, they are smaller firms and have one person making the loan determination based on their feelings that day.  This fills the hard money industry with a great deal of subjectivity and confusion.

We are different. We are a more established firm with deeper pockets. Our underwriting guidelines are posted to our website, and we fund what we say we'll fund.  Gone are the days of "Well, it fits their guidelines ... I hope they want to fund it." We are taking the subjectivity out of the industry.  If your loan fits our guidelines, we will fund it ... regularly, consistently, quickly.
